Almonds are grown in semi-arid regions with cold winters and hot summers. Morocco is a key producer of high-oil-content almonds.
Harvesting & Processing
Harvesting: Almonds are mechanically shaken from trees.
• Hulling & Shelling: The outer hull is removed, and the shell is cracked.
• Drying: Moisture is reduced to 6% for stability.
• Blanching (Optional): Skin is removed for blanched almonds.
• Grading: Sorted into whole, slivered, blanched, or sliced.

• 50lb (22.68kg) cartons
• 25kg vacuum-sealed bags

• 20ft container: 10-12MT
• 40ft container: 22-24MT
End Market Uses
• Snack Industry: Consumed raw, roasted, or as almond butter.
